Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and manage case databases, document repositories, and litigation files

• Support attorneys with deposition preparation , including exhibit compilation and witness materials

Requirements

• Expert preparation of: Motions in limine Jury instructions and verdict forms Witness lists, exhibit lists, and trial binders
• Extensive trial experience, including ITC proceedings ( required )

• Advanced proficiency with reputed company, Westlaw, PACER, EDIS, and USPTO systems

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• 7+ years of IP litigation experience , including substantial ITC reputed company
• Significant trial and arbitration experience
