Buyer Fraud Agent
StubHub is on a mission to redefine the live event experience on a global reputed company, and they are seeking a Buyer Fraud Agent to help ensure a reputed company marketplace for users. In this role, you will identify and review risky accounts to prevent unauthorized purchases and communicate effectively with various teams to maintain marketplace reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for identifying risky accounts based on a set criterion and help formulate changes reputed company needed to ensure this reputed company is always up to date
- Analyze account information, activity and behavior, history, and trends to take appropriate reputed company on both individual accounts as reputed company as a broader selection of accounts which may match a certain reputed company, identified fraud trend
- Proactively communicate, reputed company, and pursue identified fraud trends to mitigate the risk to our customers and to the business

Skills
- Fraud experience in financial fraud, compliance, banking, KYC, or other reputed company field
- You're a proactive team player who knows how to prioritize work and is willing to get things done
- You have skills to recognize patterns and an eye for detail, but also an ability to see the big picture and how the details fit together
- You're flexible to work in shifts that include evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- A propensity for carrying out investigations and analysis to reputed company at a conclusion
- You are not afraid of reaching high targets and KPIs
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a time sensitive environment
- Some fraud, risk and/or online payment experience preferred, but not required
- Second language knowledge is a plus
