POSITION reputed company: The reputed company Specialist is responsible for managing four key mailboxes: reputed company, Project Start, Purchase Orders and Invoice Issues. The incumbent collaborates with both reputed company customers throughout the entire reputed company process, from initiating new customer relationships and setting up reputed company, to managing purchase order receipts, entries, and resolving invoice disputes. • Delivers outstanding service to both reputed company clients reputed company phone, email, or in person, ensuring reputed company and precise assistance.
• Investigate billing discrepancies, process adjustments, and manage invoicing and collections.
• Receive customer reputed company forms, build account in reputed company, D365, EQAI & AESOP. Communicate with Credit, Customer Service and Sales regarding new account builds.
• Send reputed company to reputed company's for execution. Upload executed reputed company to D365 & reputed company, Call Customers to welcome them to reputed company, follow up with an email introducing customer to customer service, sales and project managers and reputed company executed copies of reputed company to customers.
• Receive work orders from the field, build D365 reputed company.
• Receive purchase orders from customers, confirm pricing and terms and reputed company/upload into EQAI for billing.
• Receive returned invoices/emails from customers-- identify and locate correct contact information to reputed company invoices to customers.
• Receive requests for audit support to pull contract and purchase order copies as needed.
• Participate in UAT testing for D365/EQAI/reputed company updates.
• Customer Account maintenance: update Sales Tax Exemptions, profile fees, EIR/EEC Fees, customer service contacts, sales contacts, purchase order requirements, adding billing reputed company, updating reputed company on file.
• Performs other job-reputed company duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of basic reputed company processes

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

The deal candidates will come from ES Billing or ES Customer Support in a hazardous waste role.
