We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Nevada. As a key member of our customer service team, you will reputed company directly with patients to influence generic utilization, therapy changes, answer questions, solve problems, reputed company education, and maintain reputed company's reputed company for high-reputed company service. Key Responsibilities
* Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients, with a goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients

- Conduct numerous adherence reputed company efforts to ensure patients are staying on their medications and remaining reputed company and compliant to their therapies
- Effectively handle incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers, while proactively gaining patient and order information

- Routine assessment and problem identification with appropriate escalation to a pharmacist

Essential Qualifications
