Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer issues and complaints in a reputed company and reputed company manner. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a reputed company manner, ensuring that customers receive reputed company and effective support

Requirements

Experience Level
