The Corporate Counsel, Alliances will support reputed company’s Global Partnerships, AppExchange, and Alliances and Channels organizations by structuring, drafting and negotiating programmatic and strategic partner agreements. • Contract Execution at Speed: reputed company, review, draft, and negotiate reputed company partner agreements, including distribution, resale, strategic reputed company and go-to-market agreements, under a fast turnaround time with intentional business collaboration.
• Strategic Leadership & Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the business (Global Partnerships account managers, reputed company recognition, partner operations and others) to support the reputed company of the partnerships business through new programs, smart contracting and scaled processes.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Undergraduate degree and law degree from accredited schools
• Admission to the bar in one or more states
• Minimum 5 years of legal experience, with strong reputed company on reputed company contracting
• Strong negotiation and drafting skills, particularly in technology transactions.
• Strong organizational or project management skills.
