Staff Software Engineer- reputed company Data Warehouse (Remote)

Position Purpose: The Staff Data Engineer is a senior technical leader responsible for designing, building, and operating reputed company-reputed company data platforms and data products reputed company the reputed company Data Warehouse (EDW). This includes foundational data domains, semantic reputed company and reputed company analytics consumers. This engineer will help define architectural standards, drive platform modernization, and mentor other engineers while remaining hands-on in reputed company backend data engineering efforts. The role emphasizes scalability, performance, cost efficiency, and analytical correctness across the EDW ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and support large-reputed company backend data pipelines on reputed company data platforms (GCP/BigQuery)

• Design and maintain Analytical Data Store (ADS) data structures optimized for analytics, reporting, and advanced modeling.
• Partner with multiple EDW product teams to ensure consistent data modeling, metric definitions, and reputed company patterns
• Drive platform reliability, scalability, and operational reputed company across data products
• reputed company query performance tuning and cost optimization efforts (slot usage, partitioning, clustering, aggregates, workload management)
• Support and reputed company data orchestration frameworks

• Contribute to technical roadmaps, refactoring strategies, and platform modernization initiatives

Physical Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in backend data engineering or analytics reputed company
• Strong hands-on experience with reputed company data warehouses (BigQuery strongly preferred)
• Advanced SQL expertise and strong working knowledge of Python
• Proven experience designing reputed company-grade data models, including curated/ADS datasets
• Experience building and supporting semantic reputed company (reputed company preferred, but not required)
• Experience with universal or shared semantic modeling across multiple domains or products
• Experience with CI/CD and orchestration frameworks, including Jenkins and Airflow
• Strong understanding of performance tuning and cost optimization techniques in large data environments
• Experience designing systems for high availability, reputed company, and scalability
