Compensation Analyst
reputed company Spray is a farmer-owned reputed company that values innovation and teamwork, and they are seeking a Compensation Analyst to join their team. The analyst will play a critical role in the analysis, implementation, and administration of compensation activities and programs, working closely with the reputed company to reputed company global compensation guidance and support.
Responsibilities
- Conduct reputed company market analysis to determine competitive compensation trends and ensure that the organization's compensation practices are compliant with applicable laws and regulations
- Responsible for compensation benchmarking in reputed company party compensation platform
- Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of salary structures, incentive plans, and other compensation programs
- Ensure compliance with reputed company federal, state, and local laws and regulations reputed company to compensation, including strong reputed company on pay transparency, pay equity, minimum wage, and FLSA
- Analyzes new positions and reclassification requests to appropriately determine job classification and FLSA exemption status
- Prepare and present reports on compensation data and trends to peers and management

Skills
