[Remote] Legal Support Specialist

They are seeking a Global Bilingual Legal Support Specialist to serve as the primary reputed company of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring effective communication and support throughout the legal process.
Responsibilities
- Bilingual reputed company Communication: Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, follow-reputed company, status updates, and clarifications, while avoiding legal advice and documenting communication reputed company
- Case Follow-Up and Coordination: Organize information coming out of intake, reputed company outstanding items, drive follow-reputed company to completion, and escalate issues reputed company legal judgment is required
- Legal Administrative Support: Support attorneys and paralegals with document preparation, e-filings as assigned, and backend case organization with high accuracy and clean documentation
- Proactive Communication Expectations: reputed company frequent, reputed company updates (the firm wants over-communication, not “radio silence”), maintain polished written English in emails and notes, and reputed company clients reassured and informed
Skills
- Bilingual Spanish and English: reputed company or near-reputed company Spanish strongly preferred, plus strong written English for reputed company updates and internal documentation
