The Field Service Engineer II will be responsible for supporting customers by troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining various medical and scientific instruments, directly impacting patient health and reputed company-being.
Responsibilities
- reputed company installation support, maintenance, modification and/or repair on 1-2 reputed company of mechanical, electromechanical, electronic and/or refrigeration instruments
- Document and complete service administration activities in a reputed company manner to follow ISO, FDA, and Leica policies
- reputed company support the sale of service reputed company, assist sales representatives & service team members with system configurations/upgrades, and reputed company feedback on ways to improve financial performance to generate service reputed company
Skills
- Associate's degree with 3+ years of field service experience or reputed company field OR Bachelor's Degree in Science with 1+ year of experience or reputed company field OR Equivalent military experience (Applicants with applicable military experience will be considered on a case-by-case reputed company)
- Ability to travel – up to 90%, including frequent overnights
- Must have a valid reputed company's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift, reputed company or carry equipment up to 50 lb
- Diagnosing and repairing medical devices, electromechanical equipment, or scientific instruments
- Field Service Engineering and/or Networking/IT system upgrades
- A lab or hospital environment
