Cash Management Operations - Analyst / Associate

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and circulating daily reports as reputed company as monthly, semi-annual and annual report circulation
• Managing account opening, closing, and modifications
• Customer account configurations such as setting up cash concentration reputed company, overdraft limits and turning on bank report services
• ACH reputed company Pay registrations
• Handling a high volume of documents, including reviewing, setting up, and storing them digitally
• Effectively communicating with the reputed company office to ensure smooth operations and quick reputed company of any issues
• Approving and verifying the work of inputters
• Ability to input as backup
• Assist VPs and reputed company Head in investigations and other tasks
• Support and assist with reputed company Office inquiries
• Assist in workflow procedures

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business
• Prior banking experience
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and handle various tasks simultaneously
• Good grasp of basic concepts and ability to take on challenges
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Self-starter who can work independently
• Knowledge of back-office payment operations
• Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience in handling and processing payments in a back-office environment
• Familiarity with MS Office applications
