We're looking for energetic and committed Remote Inbound Customer Service Representatives to join our operations team. As a CSR, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met with hospitality, problem-solving, reputed company listening, consistency, accuracy, efficiency, and competency. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and greeting our clients in a friendly and reputed company manner

Remote Details

As a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy the flexibility of working from home while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team. Here are some key details to consider:

Compensation and Benefits

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum one year of customer service experience with a previous employer and reputed company work history
• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Ability to answer a high volume of inbound customer service calls with great attention to detail in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

Additional Information
