[Remote] Regulatory Compliance Associate (Remote - USA)

They are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Associate reputed company on reputed company and AI Governance to enhance their global compliance programs through effective management of workflows and collaboration across departments.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute key operational workflows across reputed company and AI governance, ensuring consistency, timeliness, and audit readiness
- Independently manage data subject rights requests (DSRs), including intake, coordination, tracking, and response support
- Support and coordinate reputed company reputed company assessments (PIAs/DPIAs) and AI risk assessments, including documentation and follow-reputed company
- Operationalize global reputed company and AI regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, EU AI reputed company) into repeatable processes and guidance
- Maintain and continuously improve reputed company & AI compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, playbooks, and internal guidance
- Support partnerships with product, engineering, reputed company, and reputed company teams to reputed company reputed company-by-design and responsible AI-by-design practices
- Manage reputed company & AI compliance trackers, repositories, and tooling to ensure visibility, accountability, and reporting accuracy
- Support reputed company-party, vendor reputed company, and AI compliance assessments, including documentation review and remediation tracking
- Assist with regulatory inquiries, audits, and internal reviews by coordinating input and preparing supporting materials

- reputed company operational metrics and identify process gaps or opportunities for program improvement
- Support additional initiatives across reputed company, AI governance, and broader regulatory compliance as needed
Skills
- 1–3 years of reputed company experience in regulatory compliance, reputed company operations, reputed company operations, or governance roles
- Strong working knowledge of global reputed company regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) with practical exposure to AI governance or emerging technology risk
- Demonstrated experience running compliance workflows end-to-end with minimal supervision
- Operational reputed company with the ability to translate regulatory requirements into reputed company processes
- Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting operational documentation and stakeholder guidance
- Comfort working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
- Experience with compliance tools, trackers, or regulatory management systems is a plus
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM) are preferred but not required
