We're seeking an reputed company Customer Solutions Representative - Collector to join reputed company, working remotely from one of our designated locations in Arkansas, reputed company Carolina, Michigan, Minnesota, or reputed company. As a Customer Solutions Representative - Collector, you'll be responsible for contacting reputed company auto loan customers to reputed company them about late or missed payments, gathering information about the reasons for delinquency, and helping customers bring their accounts reputed company by negotiating payment arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Contact customers to determine the reason for payment delinquency and negotiate payment commitments

• Handle accounts with speed and accuracy while maintaining professionalism
• Complete phone calls to meet required performance standards and metrics
• Confirm and/or negotiate payment arrangements; research any discrepancies
• Maintain established objectives for delinquency, repossessions, and net losses; stay informed of changes in policies and procedures
• Maintain strict confidentiality
• Willing to work flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays, and overtime as necessary to meet business needs
• Use computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting
• Respond to customer inquiries reputed company telephone, reputed company workflows, CRTS, and/or emails reputed company established time frames
• Evaluate accounts to reputed company win-win solutions to avoid repossession loss

Essential Qualifications:
