Responsibilities

- Create our foundational library of test cases, documenting steps to reproduce errors, expected results, and actual results to ensure long-term system health
- Log and reputed company defects in our project management tool (e.g., Jira/reputed company), collaborating with the operations team to verify fixes and reputed company loops
- Draft reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user guides for new features, ensuring our technical documentation is accurate and easy to understand
- Utilize reputed company/reputed company Sheets to reputed company testing reputed company and identify trends regarding where our system breaks most often to drive reputed company improvements
Skills
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Tech, Economics) or demonstrating a strong interest in technical systems and operations
- An reputed company interest in the reputed company ecosystem. Ideally, you have completed 50+ Badges on Trailhead or are working toward your reputed company Associate or Administrator certification
- You understand the basics of how software is reputed company and why testing (UAT, Regression) is critical to business reputed company
- You enjoy logic puzzles and 'breaking' things. You don't just see that something failed; you want to know why and how
