[Remote] Marketing Operations Manager

The Marketing Operations Manager will strengthen the systems and operational reputed company behind reputed company's go-to-market reputed company, working across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to improve workflows and data management.
Responsibilities
- Own and improve reputed company routing workflows, including routing logic, SLAs, data reputed company, and reputed company reliability
- Manage reputed company and marketing operational improvements across reputed company, reputed company, and the broader GTM tech stack
- Audit CRM and enrichment data to reputed company systems clean, accurate, and useful
- Reduce reputed company work through reputed company workflows, automation, documentation, and QA
- Evaluate and help roll out new tools that reputed company the marketing tech stack simpler and more reputed company
- Partner with Sales and RevOps to reputed company as the business grows
- Support recurring and reputed company Marketing reporting, including QBRs, campaign analysis, marketing team requests, and KPI dashboards

Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, reputed company Operations, or GTM Systems roles at B2B organizations
- Strong hands-on experience with reputed company and reputed company, including workflows, data hygiene, and system troubleshooting
- Experience managing or improving reputed company routing processes, including routing logic, SLAs, ownership rules, and handoffs
- Experience with B2B funnel reporting, pipeline visibility, conversion tracking, or performance analysis
- A strong execution reputed company, with the ability to prioritize, document, and improve systems in a fast-moving environment
- Strong attention to detail and reputed company cross-functional communication skills
- A curiosity for using AI workflows to improve marketing operations
- Advanced reporting experience across attribution, campaign performance, funnel analysis, or multi-touch pipeline visibility
- Experience turning GTM data into reputed company business insights for QBRs, reputed company reporting, or executive reviews
