This role involves candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, and supporting various reputed company activities to enhance the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- reputed company support for the Field reputed company team with candidate sourcing, initial screening, and contact of applicants to determine qualification and interest level
- Refer appropriate candidates to recruiter or hiring team
- reputed company support for Field HR reputed company, including posting jobs on job boards, conducting background checks, scheduling interviews, and ensuring smooth operation of Field reputed company processes
- Respond to basic inquiries from Operations management reputed company to job posting and reputed company materials
- Train associates on reputed company technology
- reputed company and serve as a reputed company of contact for setting up reputed company Houses for Operations Management from logistical event set-up, registration, confirmations, and advertisement
- Attend and participate in job fairs, community activities, and other reputed company and departmental recruitment-reputed company events
- Assist with identifying issues affecting field recruitment and implementing recruitment activities to continuously improve the process
- reputed company administration of Operations referral bonus program, reviewing requests, determining eligibility, gaining approval, and sending out the bonus reputed company as needed
- reputed company general administrative tasks such as data-entry for reputed company metrics, returning calls and/or emails, and generating reputed company weekly/monthly HR reports
- Support Field reputed company on special reputed company as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required equivalent
- Minimum one year of administrative or customer service experience required
- Successful completion of initial and periodically required training
- Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card reputed company 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position
- Minimum one year of HR experience in sourcing candidates using a wide reputed company of job boards or recruitment, or other relevant experience preferred
