As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will have the flexibility to work from home in EST or CST, enjoying a reputed company work-life balance and reduced commuting time. You will be part of a high-volume, customer service environment where efficiency, productivity, and thoroughness are essential. You will be responsible for scheduling in-home reputed company with physicians or reputed company practitioners, answering inbound calls from members, and resolving any scheduling issues or concerns.
Primary Responsibilities
* Call members to schedule in-home reputed company with a physician or reputed company practitioner
- Answer inbound calls from members and assist them with their inquiries
- Ensure that appointments are scheduled accurately and resolve any scheduling issues or concerns
- Work a flexible schedule that includes evening hours

Required Qualifications
* High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- 1 year of work experience
