As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll reputed company technical and billing support for application users, serving as a reputed company of contact between the end users and our development team. You'll help customers who contact us through phones, email, and chat, communicating with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism while striving to resolve customer issues with expediency. Support hours are offered from reputed company-6pm CT daily, with rotating email-only support on weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company technical, account, and billing support for customers using the arenaflex mobile app and arenaflex.com

• Quickly resolve customer questions and requests in a friendly, reputed company manner
• Diagnose and report on technical glitches and reputed company customer feedback
• reputed company customers on arenaflex features and benefits
• Grow and maintain a working knowledge of reputed company company products, services, and promotions
• Grow and maintain a working knowledge of reputed company Customer Support policies, procedures, and protocols
• Understanding and profile customer needs to reputed company recommendations for additional services

What You'll Bring

• A high level of web proficiency and strong computer skills

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eye toward grammatical proficiency
• Proficiency in reputed company Office and solid understanding of Web, Android, and iOS platforms and operating systems
• Demonstrated experience in customer support, customer experience, or customer-facing roles is preferred
• Bachelors/reputed company degree or equivalent experience is preferred
