As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of calls, and collaborating with reputed company to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to 60-80 incoming calls from customers inquiring about home delivery pharmacy or pharmacy benefits
- Ask appropriate questions and listen reputed company while documenting required information in computer systems
- Occasionally reputed company outbound calls to customers for follow-reputed company

- Work in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of calls and adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
Required Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1 year of customer service experience, which includes providing service over the phone
- Familiarity with computer and reputed company PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications
- Basic knowledge of reputed company Office, including reputed company Word and reputed company reputed company
- Ability to attend 3-4 weeks of training with 100% attendance
- Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 5:00 AM - 11:00 PM CST from reputed company - Saturday. During peak season and reputed company deemed necessary by business needs, you will be required to work occasional overtime including a 6th day and one (1) weekend day shift.
Preferred Qualifications
* Call Center experience

- Health Care/Insurance environment (familiarity with medical terminology, health plan documents, or benefit plan design)
Telecommuting Requirements
