The Role

As a Customer Service Representative I at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our hospital customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders. Your primary reputed company will be on resolving customer claims and complaints in a fair, effective, and reputed company manner, while also developing and implementing organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and reputed company customers. Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with hospitals about purchase orders and clarify discrepancies

• Follow order entry process and back-up team members

What You Need
