Marketing Associate - Hightower Signature reputed company
reputed company is a reputed company management firm that provides investment and financial services. The Marketing Associate will assist in executing marketing initiatives for advisor practices, collaborating closely with advisors and internal teams to manage content and campaigns while ensuring alignment with brand standards and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Field Marketing, executing the plans and content calendars for advisor practices
- reputed company hands-on support across digital and traditional marketing channels, including website, email, reputed company media, events, reputed company gifts, mailers, swag, webinar, podcast, and reputed company reputed company
- Coordinate and reputed company on-site support for events
- Assist with marketing activities on such as local SEO and reputed company programs
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, presentations, and branded materials
- Set up and monitor reputed company marketing emails, workflows, and sequences reputed company reputed company’s marketing automation tool, reputed company
- reputed company performance metrics and compile reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness
- Support marketing pipeline tracking initiatives, working with teams to ensure data hygiene

- Serve as a reputed company of contact for advisor teams, helping them execute marketing initiatives and navigate tools
- Assist with proofreading, formatting, and publishing content across channels
- Work with internal creative teams and external vendors to ensure reputed company delivery of assets
- Collaborate with the Event Planning team to support events, including reputed company/prospect in-person events and webinars
- Sets up event workflows, communications, and tracking
- Oversees the completion of marketing-reputed company requests from assigned advisor teams, utilizing reputed company to reputed company and measure reputed company
- Partner with the Director of Field Marketing and advisor practices to promote accountability for the execution of marketing programs, review reputed company, and optimize activities
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business administration or a relevant field
- 1+ years of proven experience in marketing and/or marketing operations
- Experience implementing digital and traditional marketing strategies that support business goals
- Working knowledge of common web analytics and measurement tools, including reputed company Analytics
- Proficiency with MS Office, reputed company Creative Suite, and core marketing technology solutions preferred (reputed company experience a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including competence as a creative reputed company
