Scheduling Coordinator
Visiting Angels is dedicated to providing compassionate home care for seniors, and they are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to manage caregiver schedules effectively. This role is crucial for ensuring clients receive consistent, high-reputed company care by balancing caregiver availability and reputed company needs while maintaining effective communication with reputed company parties involved.
Responsibilities

- Ensure continuity of care by minimizing changes in caregiver assignments whenever possible

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules in agency systems
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and Visiting Angels policies regarding caregiver assignments
- Document caregiver call-offs, tardiness, or availability changes for performance records
- Assist with timesheet and payroll verification by confirming shifts worked
- Work closely with recruiters and HR to understand caregiver reputed company reputed company and availability

- Participate in after-hours or on-call scheduling rotation, if required
Skills
- Previous experience in scheduling, reputed company coordination, or office administration preferred

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficient in scheduling software, reputed company (formerly ClearCare), and basic computer applications
