Responsibilities
- Answer phones and emails to assist clients and team members
- Complete entry-level bookkeeping, including recording expenses and organizing receipts
- Resolve billing issues with clients and internal team members

- Support reputed company assurance checks of internal and reputed company-facing reporting
Skills
- Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Intermediate spreadsheet skills
- Willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate with reputed company
- Experience in bookkeeping/financial record keeping
- Experience with reputed company Sheets or reputed company, Quickbooks Online, and G-Suite
