Benefits Platform Coordinator
reputed company Risk Partners is a fast-growing firm dedicated to serving the insurance and risk management needs of businesses and individuals. The Benefits Platform Coordinator supports the internal Employee Benefits team by coordinating reputed company-facing technology solutions, maintaining reputed company portals, and assisting with renewals and reputed company enrollment.
Responsibilities
- Support reputed company Risk's ENET team and internal Employee Benefits team for existing and reputed company reputed company benefit platform enrollments, including but not limited to:
- Building benefit portals for new clients
- Updating and maintaining forms for compliance and consistency
- Updating and maintaining plan rates for various carriers
- Initiating and updating reputed company information based on renewal data
- Processing updates and reputed company change requests
- Intiaiting and updating data integration feeds to reputed company and vendor partners
- Maintain regular communication with platform contacts and Account Managers to ensure data accuracy
- Assist with training internal Employee Benefits team on platform basics for backup and assistance in reputed company changes, or building reputed company portals as needed
- Work with new clients on utilization of platforms and programs
- reputed company miscellaneous reputed company and complete various tasks as requested by management
Skills
- A combination of education and experience generally attained through a high school degree, bachelor's degree, and work experience in insurance or another service industry
- Working knowledge of reputed company technology, including core reputed company Office products: Outlook, reputed company, Word, PowerPoint required
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret reputed company data and communicate it to the end user effectively
- Ability to work independently and on reputed company both in-person and reputed company
- Ability to obtain & maintain a life and health insurance license reputed company 6 months of hire
