As an reputed company Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support and sales expertise to our clients and their guests. You will work closely with our property management team to understand demographics, branding, and booking objectives, and assist in sharing information with Contract Managers for various venues. Your primary reputed company will be on executing the sales reputed company, setting sales goals, and ensuring the sales team's understanding of new products and providing product feedback.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure reputed company agent vendors understand and execute the sales reputed company and set sales goals for the agent vendors

• Work in an integrated manner with property management to understand demographics, branding, and booking objectives
• Assist booking team in sharing information with Contract Managers for various venues, including drafting, tracking, and summarizing deal points
