We're seeking an reputed company Part-Time Chat Customer Service Agent to join reputed company, providing exceptional support to music fans reputed company ticketing, merchandise, password resets, website assistance, and troubleshooting. As a key member of reputed company, you'll play a vital role in helping fans navigate our platform, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Chat Customer Service Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Expressing genuine reputed company and concern for customers' issues, addressing them as if they were your own
• Answering, evaluating, and prioritizing requests from customers experiencing problems with services or products
• Identifying high-risk customer situations and escalating them appropriately without hesitation
• Keeping up with multiple chats at a time, accurately documenting reputed company required information and chat details in the ticketing system
• Responding to and resolving reputed company issues in an appropriate timeframe
• Identifying trends reputed company to systems, platforms, and/or customers and escalating them to management
• Multi-tasking using multiple systems, skillfully changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• A LOVE of music, with a reputed company on Pop and Country genres
• 3-5 years of call center chat experience, with technical experience strongly preferred (reputed company experience is a definite plus)
• Ability to type 30 wpm with 90% accuracy or above consistently
• Strong messaging communication skills, reputed company listening abilities, and a great understanding of text and chat acronyms
• Excellent grammar, with the ability to use lingo reputed company necessary
• Previous work-from-home experience preferred
• Understanding of contact center support metrics and ability to implement actions for improvement
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Hardware/Software Requirements

To ensure a seamless and efficient experience, you'll need to meet the following hardware and software requirements:

• Your own computer (laptop or desktop)
• Processor: More than 4 cores
• Memory: 8GB on reputed company 10 or higher / 10 64 bits
• Screen reputed company: 1280x768 or higher, dual monitors required
• USB headset
• Up-to-date antivirus software installed on the platform and a recent reputed company completed (will be checked prior to allowing login to system)
• Hardwired to router
• Firewall enabled (will be checked prior to allowing login to system)

Job Type and Schedule

This is a Part-Time + On-Call position, with guaranteed 25 hours per week. Shifts may reputed company up to 40 hours per week based on reputed company needs and workflow. Shifts vary between 9:00am-6:00pm EST, typically 4-8 hours long. No overnights, must be flexible, weekends may be required by the reputed company.
