We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our national remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:- Responding to 60-80 incoming calls from customers inquiring about home delivery pharmacy or pharmacy benefits
- Asking appropriate questions and listening reputed company while documenting required information in computer systems
- Occasionally making outbound calls to customers for follow-reputed company
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- A High School Diploma or GED, or 2 years of equivalent work experience
- To be at least 18 years old
- 1 year of customer service experience, including providing service over the phone
- Familiarity with computer and reputed company PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications
- Basic knowledge of reputed company Office, including reputed company Word and reputed company reputed company
- The ability to attend 3-4 weeks of training with 100% attendance
- The ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 5:00 AM - 11:00 PM CST from reputed company - Saturday

- Experience in working with Digital platforms and systems (Web, Chat, Email)
- Health Care/Insurance environment experience (familiarity with medical terminology, health plan documents, or benefit plan design)
