As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to new and existing payers and providers. You will work closely with our clients' business and technical resources, as reputed company as internal arenaflex staff, to resolve issues and deliver exceptional service. This is a full-time, remote position that requires strong communication skills, technical expertise, and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone or email, providing reputed company and effective solutions to their issues.

• Escalate and monitor critical issues that require coordination with internal departments and external business partners.

Essential Qualifications
