As a Customer Account Representative on the Mom & Baby team, you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team of 40 customer service representatives, 7 inside sales managers, and a reputed company of resources dedicated to providing exceptional care to new and expectant mothers. reputed company is passionate about delivering personalized support and guidance to help our customers navigate the complexities of insurance, equipment, and lactation support services.

Your Primary Responsibilities

As a Customer Account Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Working with customers who have requested mom and baby items through insurance to ensure seamless ordering and delivery processes
• Overseeing orders reputed company for mom and baby items through insurance, ensuring reputed company and accurate fulfillment
• Interfacing with existing customers to determine which products meet their needs and providing personalized recommendations
• Presenting arenaflex's services and benefits to customers, highlighting the value of our products and support
• Handling inbound calls and emails from patients, converting them into potential sales opportunities
• Conducting outbound phone calls and emails to engage with customers and reputed company exceptional service
