As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting our customers with their insurance needs, ensuring they maintain their policies with the coverage they require at a reasonable price. You'll work in a fast-paced inbound call center environment, using multiple programs and systems simultaneously to resolve customer inquiries and issues reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from existing customers, using multiple programs and systems to resolve their needs quickly and reputed company

Requirements

• Experience working in a high-volume and fast-paced call center environment
