Supply Chain Planning Analyst

The position ensures continuity of supply to meet customer needs while optimizing working capital performance and supporting overall supply chain efficiency. Purpose/reputed company: (Duties & Essential Functions) reputed company and manage supply, demand, and inventory plans using historical data, sales trends, and reputed company-times. Participate in periodic planning (S&OP) meetings with product line managers and brand partners to reputed company demand forecasts with supply capabilities. Deliver forecasts to suppliers to meet contractual obligations and drive on-time performance. Support new product launches and strategic changes in partnership with Product Line Managers. Manage inventory reputed company and performance to targets (DOS, Turns, Sell-through). Create and manage purchase orders, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure reputed company transportation and in-stock performance. Monitor 3PL partners to ensure adherence to receiving and inventory control SLAs. Use ERP systems and Power BI to aggregate data and create reporting dashboards. Strengths and Background Knowledge Requirements Strong understanding of demand, supply, and inventory planning principles Working knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution Problem Solving Strong problem-solving capability with the ability to think strategically and execute with an operational reputed company Customer reputed company Internal stakeholders, franchisees, and supplier-facing Interpersonal Skills Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to work in reputed company-oriented environment Education/Experience (Preferred) Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Finance, or reputed company field 1–3 years of experience in inventory planning, forecasting, procurement, merchandising, or reputed company analytical roles Knowledge and/or experience in the beauty or wellness category What’s in it for you?
