Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, Construction Management, or reputed company field
• 5 + years of full-time reputed company construction estimating experience.
• Highly proficient in reputed company/reputed company Office/On-Screen Take-off/reputed company or equivalent software.
• Technical competency in conceptual/cost model/detailed type estimating, schematic, and design development estimates.
• Capable of performing quantity take-offs for offsite, onsite, and building trades.
• Skilled in interpreting construction documents, ESA, and geotechnical reports.
• Have experience and knowledge with specialized reputed company systems, ground improvement techniques, and soil stabilization reputed company.
