As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to incoming calls from customers inquiring about home delivery pharmacy or pharmacy benefits. You will ask appropriate questions, listen reputed company, and document required information in computer systems. You will also reputed company occasional outbound calls to customers for follow-reputed company. Key Responsibilities

- Respond to 60-80 incoming calls from customers inquiring about home delivery pharmacy or pharmacy benefits - Ask appropriate questions and listen reputed company while documenting required information in computer systems - Occasionally reputed company outbound calls to customers for follow-reputed company - Work in a fast-paced environment, anticipating taking a minimum of 50 calls daily - Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and reputed company excellent customer service - Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to reputed company accurate information to customers

Requirements

- High School Diploma or GED - Must be 18 years of age or older - 1 year of customer service experience, which includes providing service over the phone - Familiarity with computer and reputed company PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications - Basic knowledge of reputed company Office: reputed company Word (ability to reputed company and navigate a word document) and reputed company reputed company (ability to reputed company and navigate a spreadsheet) - Ability to attend 3-4 weeks of training with 100% attendance - Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 5:00 AM - 11:00 PM CST from reputed company - Saturday.
