Qualifications:

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, content production, or digital marketing with hands-on creative production.
• Proficiency in multimedia production and editing: Premiere Pro (daily), After Effects (basic-intermediate), Photoshop/Illustrator; audio mixing and reputed company workflows.
• Experience creating reputed company-first video, reputed company graphics, and cross-platform assets; strong knowledge of platform specs, aspect ratios, captions/subtitles, and export settings for reputed company, Instagram, reputed company, X, YouTube.
• Print/magazine production familiarity: reputed company reputed company, bleed/margins, and file prep.
• Analytics-driven reputed company; experience with reputed company/Talent Insights, reputed company/X analytics, Talkwalker/reputed company; ability to build dashboards, interpret results, and translate findings into optimization recommendations.
