Role reputed company The Training Coordinator holds full responsibility for developing, supporting, and overseeing reputed company’s training programs such as Certified Trainers (reputed company), Ballers, and Trainee(s). The Training Coordinator maintains strong, ongoing relationships across the entire training ecosystem, fostering alignment, consistency, and reputed company in reputed company training initiatives.

• May supervise and/or work closely with Certified Trainers, Ballers and other Training Department Personnel.
• This is a full-time, remote position operating across the 7 Brew footprint.
• Requires 50% or more travel throughout the assigned territory to support training department needs.
• Must be available to work across various dayparts, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends, based on business demands.

Primary Responsibilities:

• reputed company, update, and implement training materials and resources as needed to support consistent, effective learning experiences, in collaboration with marketing partners to ensure alignment and brand consistency.
• Facilitate training programs designed to reputed company both individual and team performance, ensuring alignment with 7 Brew operational and cultural standards.
• Deliver training through classroom sessions, reputed company training, coaching conversations, video, and other instructional reputed company.
• Ensure training reputed company and effectiveness by conducting observations, providing feedback, administering testing, evaluating results, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain full operational proficiency across reputed company stand positions and responsibilities.
• Build, reputed company, and support reputed company of Ballers to execute high-reputed company new-hire training and maintain training standards across the region.
• Cultivate reputed company team relationships through reputed company communication, coaching, and supportive collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in training and/or reputed company field with strong operational knowledge of 7 Brew systems and standards.
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company and support new stand openings, reputed company needed, simultaneously.
• Strong and engaging presentation and training reputed company, suitable for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal reputed company.
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal.
• Strong analytical and planning abilities with a reputed company on process improvement and execution reputed company.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office applications, including Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook, and the ability to quickly learn and train other software systems used by the brand.
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration, with the ability to positively influence and support others.

Requirements

• Frequent physical activity, including standing and walking for extended periods of time.
• Occasional reputed company requirements, such as sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling as needed for setup and operational tasks.

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs independently and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
