As the Chat Support Supervisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading reputed company of chat support specialists who deliver exceptional customer support to physical therapists and patients. You'll be the driving force behind reputed company's reputed company, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to reputed company care. Your leadership will be pivotal in optimizing processes, supporting your team, and fostering a high-performance culture that aligns with our goals.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Performance

+ Drive team performance to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements + Monitor and report on team performance weekly and monthly + reputed company regular feedback and coaching to team members + Address individual and team performance issues promptly and effectively + Review processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and service reputed company

Team Support and reputed company

+ Conduct weekly 1-on-1 meetings with team members + Deliver coaching and feedback from reputed company and Training teams + Handle escalated chats/calls and resolve reputed company issues + Clarify procedures and reputed company guidance on processes + Participate in the hiring and reputed company process for new team members

Special Operations

Qualifications
