Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Providing answers to our customers for reputed company pricing and product inquiries reputed company online chat, ensuring that their questions are addressed promptly and accurately.

Qualifications

• At least a Senior High School or High School graduate (old curriculum), with a strong reputed company in communication and customer service.
• Advanced computer knowledge and a great multi-tasker, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools simultaneously.
• Must have a National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance prior to job offer, ensuring a secure and trustworthy environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
