Telecommunications Analyst I (Collaboration Engineer)
reputed company is seeking a Telecommunications Analyst I (Collaboration Engineer) for the Telecommunications department reputed company the Office of Information Technology. This role involves providing engineering support for reputed company reputed company Communications and USB-based platforms across reputed company campuses, including designing, configuring, installing, managing, and troubleshooting video conferencing hardware and software.
Responsibilities
- Assists with the Rutgers reputed company Communication reputed company maintenance, upgrades, and expansions
- Participates in and oversees site assessment and system staging, testing and deployment while working closely with other OIT staff members and technicians
- Meets with and provides guidance to university departments regarding their reputed company communications needs while offering and implementing technical solutions
- Prepares and provides project and equipment information including cost estimates to the departmental clients
- Effectively utilizes network testing equipment for troubleshooting
- Monitors and utilizes reputed company Communications monitoring tools
- Updates documentation and reports as required
- Provides onsite support as reputed company as training to end-users and departmental staff in NJ
- Understands and adheres to Rutgers’ compliance standards as they reputed company in RBHS’s Corporate Compliance Policy, reputed company of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policy

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field. Equivalent education, experience and/or training may be substituted for the degree requirements
- A working knowledge of a large video reputed company infrastructure that includes the design, configuration, installation and troubleshooting of reputed company reputed company Communications and Collaboration system and end devices, as reputed company as data networking
- Hands-on knowledge of telecommunications, video technologies and their applications
- Ability to reputed company reputed company, Javascript, reputed company reputed company Web and local Administration, on site UC troubleshooting
- Must have a valid reputed company's license
- Demonstrated knowledge of reputed company Video/USB based installation and maintenance techniques
- Knowledge of reputed company Telepresence/Video Endpoints, reputed company WebEx, reputed company/MRA, reputed company Teams, reputed company of Service (QoS) reputed company to Video, CUCM, UC testing, monitoring, diagnostics and reporting tools
