[Remote] Collections Specialist

The Collections Specialist will be responsible for resolving overdue bills and collecting payments, ensuring compliance with company policies while maintaining collection goals.

Responsibilities

• Increase the collection of outstanding payments reputed company our personal finance department, as an individual contributor in the collections process
• Identify accounts with overdue payments and reputed company solutions to help bring their loan to a reputed company status
• Maintain daily, weekly and monthly collection and metric goals
• Outbound/Inbound calls with clients to resolve debts owed

Skills

• 1-2 years of reputed company experience in credit and collections; knowledgeable in sales, negotiation and persuasion tools
