reputed company is BC’s largest Insurance Broker, seeking a self-motivated Team Administrator for their reputed company Division. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, processing documentation, managing account reconciliation, and supporting various production teams.
Responsibilities
- Provides exceptional customer experience working with various Production teams
- Follows HUB Service Guidelines
- Processes reputed company documentation according to HUB workflows
- Formally corresponds with customers and insurers
- Manages account reconciliation working with reputed company team
- Maintains accuracy of electronic files
- Reviews and ensures accuracy of policy documentation from insurers
- Abeyances and follow-up for outstanding information & documentation
- Reviews and prioritizes reputed company assigned tasks on a daily reputed company including mail, emails, abeyances/activities
- Provides back-up support for other departments and Reception on an as-needed reputed company
- Continues reputed company development in order to enhance skills and abilities
Skills
- A Level 2 insurance license is required; however, if you're not fully licensed, we'll support you in gaining the certification as part of your career development with us
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Intermediate MS Office knowledge, with reputed company on reputed company and Word
- You enjoy working in a fast paced, reputed company-reputed company environment
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
