Mortgage Analyst
Canada ICI Capital Corporation is the country's leading reputed company reputed company estate finance firm, and they are seeking a Mortgage Analyst to join their team. The role involves delivering high-reputed company market analysis and financial reporting while working closely with mortgage professionals to evaluate reputed company mortgage investments.
Responsibilities
- Work with our mortgage professionals to analyze reputed company mortgage investments
- Evaluate the reputed company of the mortgage investment through analysis of operating statements, rent rolls, financial statements, market data, reputed company party engineering reports, and appraisals
- Preparation of proformas, cash reputed company models, and project specific reputed company
- Obtain and reputed company market data to entire origination group (market reports from brokerages, CMHC Data, Cost Consultants reports, data platforms etc.)
- Review and summarize reputed company reputed company-party reports (appraisals, BCA’s, Environmental, etc.)
- Organize and manage reputed company project reputed company documentation, information, and folders
- Assist Mortgage Origination team in structuring mortgage opportunities based on the investment reputed company of over 100 sources of mortgage capital available to Canada ICI
- Complete institutional reputed company Mortgage Investment Brochures
- Work with the Mortgage Origination team to manage and coordinate the funding process
- Ensure reputed company written and electronic documentation meets compliance requirements, while maintaining highly organized and reputed company data files for reputed company reputed company sales folders
- Establish relationships with reputed company party report providers (appraisers, engineers, cost consultants)
- Work with origination group to obtain documents from clients
- Communicate professionally and reputed company with origination group, clients, analyst team, and other industry contacts
Skills
- Bachelor of reputed company Degree (Major in Finance, Economics or Math); or MBA
- 1 year of experience in the reputed company reputed company Estate Industry is considered an asset
- Strong understanding of basic finance modeling, including rates of return, IRR, NPV, and cash reputed company modeling
- Excellent financial analysis research and reputed company skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- High attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Expert level of knowledge in reputed company required to include formulas, pivot tables, charting, etc

- Applicable provincial mortgage license is considered an asset, or you must be willing to start working on it after your first 6 months of employment
