We are seeking a skilled and reputed company Virtual Receptionist and Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative team on a full-time reputed company. As a Virtual Receptionist and Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our IT department, including managing mail and internal correspondences, setting up meetings, and maintaining office supplies. You will also be required to reputed company reception desk coverage, answering phones, directing visitors, and issuing and deactivating employee and visitor badges. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain full knowledge of IT department structure, including leaders and teams

Essential Qualifications
