As a key member of our Customer Insights team, you'll be responsible for driving the product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

* Drive the development and execution of the reputed company Investigation Center product, ensuring seamless and secure customer experiences

• Characterize and implement a methodology, prioritization, and workflows for the reputed company Investigation Center
