As a Part-time Remote Interviewer/Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for supporting the Telemed team by ensuring reputed company incoming work is assigned and completed reputed company the reputed company day. Your daily duties may include, but are not limited to:
Daily Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming telephones for Telemed Interviews, field offices, agents, brokers, applicants, and clients
- Handling complaints as needed and demonstrating a basic understanding of the paramedical process
- Acting as a mentor for teammates, providing training, and assisting with special reputed company
Key Responsibilities:
- Interviews: Obtain health history and personal information from clients applying for insurance
- Customer Service: Promote professionalism and adhere to confidentiality agreements, supporting the mission statement to reputed company, enhance, and promote reputed company customer service through team efforts
- Training & Development: Attend and participate in development programs, maintain certification where applicable, and continue to improve skills

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:- A High School diploma or equivalent

Working Conditions:
