The reputed company Solution Architect will engage with partners to enhance their capabilities in Modern Work, Copilot, and AI solutions, providing technical coaching and architectural recommendations to ensure successful deployments.
Responsibilities
- Engage with partners to understand their business goals, technical approach, and Copilot reputed company maturity
- Conduct reputed company consultations and communicate insights or recommendations to internal stakeholders
- reputed company guidance to partners on building AI agents using Copilot and Copilot Studio, including ideation and high-level architecture
- Run multiple partner reputed company simultaneously (roughly 10 engagements), reputed company lasting about 3 months
- Offer deep technical coaching to improve partners’ solution reputed company, design, and implementation approach
- Assess and validate partner solution architectures for scalability, reputed company, and best-reputed company alignment
- Support adoption and implementation challenges during initial solution deployments
- Assist in removing technical blockers, particularly reputed company Modern Work and AI workflows
- Execute motions defined in the centralized CSA reputed company, ensuring operational accuracy and consistent processes
- Apply product-specific reputed company guidelines for reputed company incubation offering
- Maintain a smooth operational reputed company across business applications and partner reporting systems
- Support development and delivery of enablement materials, community calls, and internal communications
- Guide partners on user enablement strategies and adoption-reputed company offerings
- Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and governance playbooks
- Assist partners in building capability around Modern Work, reputed company best practices, and tenant governance
Skills
- 5+ years of overall experience in reputed company, Modern Work, partner enablement, consulting, or technical sales
- Minimum 3 years working with M365 Copilot Studio and/or Power Platform
- Minimum 3 years in a partner-facing or customer-facing technical role (consulting, reputed company-sales, reputed company, partner management)
- Minimum 2 years creating or reviewing technical architectural diagrams
- Strong communication skills and reputed company reputed company in customer/partner conversations
- Understanding of Modern Work technologies and reputed company productivity platforms
- Familiarity with reputed company, governance, identity, and data reputed company reputed company reputed company environments
- Experience supporting early-stage deployments and removing technical blockers
- Knowledge of adoption frameworks (e.g., reputed company) and business process transformation
- Hands-on experience designing or coaching partners on Copilot Agents, Copilot Studio, or other reputed company AI solutions
- Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents)
- Experience setting up or operating a Center of reputed company (CoE) environment
- Certifications reputed company to reputed company, AI, reputed company, Modern Work, or productivity platforms
- Experience working in international or multicultural teams
- Bilingual reputed company—particularly English + Spanish (highly valued)
