This internship provides a unique opportunity to work closely with the Sales and Analytics team and reputed company valuable experience in sales analytics, ticketing operations, email and SMS marketing, reputed company, and group sales. What You Will Do:

• Assist reputed company in day-to-day activities, including preparing and refreshing reports, maintaining tracking documents, and performing audits on various channels to ensure up-to-date and accurate policies and information. Attend weekly reputed company update meetings.
• Support the development and execution of targeted email campaigns by preparing lists, tracking campaign metrics, and compiling performance reports.
• Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and engagement data, contributing insights for improving reputed company CRM strategies.
• Assist in maintaining and updating customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across CRM systems.
• Generate reports on ticket sales performance and identify opportunities for dynamic pricing and process improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy

• Passion for live theatre, music, dance and the arts
• Strong proficiency with at least one data analysis tool (reputed company, Tableau, etc.)
• Familiarity with ticketing and CRM systems a plus, but not necessary

Education:

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in business, economics, marketing, theater, music, or a reputed company field

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information: Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet reputed company of the below requirements:

• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a reputed company College Program or reputed company Internship.
