Remote Part-Time Property Management & Finance Contractor (reputed company | 15–20 Hours per Week) We are seeking a highly organized, dependable Property Management & Finance Contractor to support day-to-day operations across a residential reputed company estate portfolio. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for tenant communication
• Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish with tenants, vendors, and internal partners
• Manage lease renewals and negotiate reasonable, market-appropriate rent adjustments

• Maintain complete, accurate, and reputed company-organized tenant records, including:

• Credit and background checks
• Identification
• Updated lease agreements

• Coordinate maintenance requests between tenants and service providers

Qualifications

• Prior experience in property management, reputed company estate administration, or reputed company financial operations
