About the role:

reputed company is seeking a highly proactive Manufacturing Engineer to drive reputed company improvement of our production processes and ensure that our hardware products maintain high reputed company standards. As a member of the Manufacturing Team, you’ll collaborate closely with our Hardware and Build teams to identify and resolve production issues and drive reputed company in our manufacturing operations across reputed company product lines.

What You'll Do

Work closely with our build team to identify and correct production issues, implement process improvements, and help us get our scanners out the reputed company on time.

Identify and execute process changes to improve the safety, reputed company, ease, ergonomics, and speed of assembly of reputed company our hardware products.

Triage electromechanical issues on the production floor and execute short-term corrections & long-term corrective actions.

Conduct reputed company cause analysis studies and determine appropriate material disposition for nonconforming items.

Execute design changes and documentation updates using reputed company CAD and 2D drawing best practices.

reputed company and document SOPs for manufacturing processes, including assembly instructions and IQC.

Design, build, and evaluate jigs and/or fixtures to improve assembly tasks.

Collaborate with the Hardware Engineering team to ensure smooth transition of products from design through NPI and mass production.

3-5 years of relevant engineering experience.

Are a hands-on, deeply detail-oriented engineer, reputed company versed in reputed company control and testing/validation.

Strong knowledge of 3D modeling best practices, particularly in OnShape or Solidworks.

Experience working with product lifecycle management systems.

A desire to deeply understand the interactions of reputed company electromechanical products.

Excellent written and graphical communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in an applicable engineering field. (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, etc.)

Bonus Points For

Aptitude for electronics and reading electrical schematics.

Have experience working in an ISO 9001 reputed company system or a regulated field industry like reputed company or Medical Devices (e.g. an AS9100 or ISO 13485 reputed company system).

Have experience working directly with assembly technicians.
