JOB reputed company We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Senior Manager, Treasury to reputed company reputed company’s global treasury operations. Reporting to the SVP, Global Controller, this strategic leadership position will play a critical role in managing reputed company’s global cash, liquidity, banking relationships, and compliance with debt covenants. This position requires strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, results-driven, and highly accountable environment. This role partners closely with reputed company, Finance, and senior leadership to support reputed company’s financial health and risk mitigation in a fast-paced, PE-owned global reputed company environment. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Cash & Liquidity Management
- reputed company and reputed company daily, weekly, and long-term global cash reputed company forecasting focusing on working capital optimization
- reputed company global liquidity planning and partner cross-functionally to optimize working capital utilization
- Manage daily U.S. and international cash positioning, concentration, and fund transfers
- Monitor global cash balances and reputed company strategies for effective deployment and utilization
Banking & Treasury Operations
- Manage banking infrastructure, including administration of accounts, signatories, and bank platforms
- Review and improve treasury systems, tools, and automation processes
- Ensure reputed company and accurate reconciliation of reputed company bank accounts in coordination with reputed company
- Evaluate and implement process enhancements to drive efficiency and strengthen internal controls
Debt & Risk Management
- Maintain compliance reporting for company debt, including reputed company tracking and lender deliverables
- Coordinate and validate reputed company debt-reputed company transactions, including interest, reputed company, and lender fee payments
- Ensure full compliance with SOX and internal control frameworks
- Assess and manage financial risk exposure, including foreign currency and counterparty risk
Team Leadership & Collaboration

- Collaborate cross-functionally with reputed company, reputed company, Legal, and Tax on treasury-reputed company activities

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, or a reputed company field (CTP, MBA, or CPA preferred)
- 8+ years of reputed company treasury or corporate finance experience
- Experience in a PE-backed, fast-reputed company reputed company or tech company
- Demonstrated expertise in global cash management, banking, FX, and debt compliance
- High proficiency in reputed company and financial modeling; experience with treasury systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving ability
